Cryo Clinic

The Woikoski Feeling Cryo Clinic offers comprehensive cryotherapy, either for the entire body or locally. We are the most comprehensive clinic in the world: we have cryotherapy equipment for humans, horses and dogs.

The thermal shock triggered in the surface cells of the skin by extreme cold therapy causes the brain to activate the body's defence system and release pleasure-producing and pain-relieving hormones that have significant benefits for your entire body. Brief exposure to extreme cold is the only safe way to produce this reaction in the body without a risk of tissue damage. The treatment is given in a cryotherapy chamber at a temperature of -130°C over a period of 1-3 minutes, or locally using a separate treatment device.

The benefits of extreme cold therapy

Wellbeing

Improves general wellbeing and makes you feel refreshed and energetic. The treatment causes the body to release pleasure-producing hormones, such as endorphins, dopamine and noradrenaline.

Beauty

Helps to smooth away signs of aging and cellulite and increases collagen production. The treatment is also used to support weight loss. The body may burn up to 500-800 kcal as it returns to its normal temperature after the treatment.

Sports

Speeds up muscle recovery, reduces the amount of lactic acid and improves mobility. The treatment increases the amount of oxygen and nutrients in the blood. After the treatment, these are transported into the body and alleviate pain.

Health

The treatment improves the metabolism and reduces inflammation while also boosting the body’s own immune system. It speeds up recovery from injuries and alleviates chronic pain and inflammation.

Healthy skin

Facial cryotherapy is ideal for reducing swelling, skin redness and acne. The treatment activates collagen production and prevents and treats skin problems such as psoriasis and atopic eczema.

Better sleep and less stress

Physical and mental wellbeing make it easier to fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep. The treatment reduces the level of cortisol, a stress hormone, and increases the production of melatonin, a hormone that promotes sleep.
