Nordic walking and stories
Nordic walking is a low-threshold exercise activity. When done with the correct technique, Nordic walking gets your pulse going and opens up the thoracic spine area. In addition, the nature surrounding the Woikoski Feeling establishments has a beneficial effect on mental wellbeing. During the walk, you will hear stories about the nearby area and have time to chat with your group.
The activity is a great addition to a meeting session or to a company recreation day and is suitable for the entire team. We will instruct you on the correct walking technique and pick out appropriate poles for everyone. During the activity, we will also give you useful tips if you want to start Nordic walking as a hobby. Nordic walking excursions can be arranged both at WHD Gård and at Kirjokivi Manor. There is plenty of scenery to enjoy around both establishments and, during the walk, the guide will tell you about the history and current use of the area.
